Applicant must be recognised as having potential to be a leading talent in the digital technology field in the last 5 years.
To prove eligibility, meeting at least 2 criteria is required:
Innovation as a founder or employee in a product-led digital technology company, or in a novel digital field.
Recognized contributions to the field beyond regular occupational duties.
Significant contributions in technology, commerce, or entrepreneurship as a founder or employee in a digital technology company.
Academic contributions through research, showcasing exceptional ability in the field.

Step 1. Approval from Endorsing Body
About Endorsing Body
UK Endorsing Body is an organisation with licence from UK Government, that can issue endorsements for the UK Visas route.
What do they do?
Endorsing Body offers to their applicants a range of business support services to help start the business in the UK.

What do they want to see?
The applicant must demonstrate a genuine business need and satisfy at least one of the following criteria to be eligible for a UK Expansion Worker sponsor licence:
Business Activity & Contribution:
Demonstrate a significant contribution to business growth by showcasing active and successful operations overseas, typically for at least three years. Evidence can include financial records, contracts, or reports that illustrate the business's ability to expand into the UK market.
Role Suitability:
Ensure that the roles you are looking to sponsor meet the skill and salary level requirements of the UK Expansion Worker route. Evidence can include detailed job descriptions, employment contracts, and proof of compliance with visa regulations.
Compliance Capability:
Show that the business has robust HR systems and processes to monitor and manage sponsored workers effectively, ensuring adherence to UK immigration laws.
Recognition and Credibility:
Provide evidence of the overseas business’s credibility through previous achievements, compliance with local laws, and successful track records in international operations.
Endorsement Letter
After evaluation of the Personal profile and Professional Journey of the applicant by Endorsing Body, decision will be made and sent as Endorsement Letter in case of Approval
Step 2. Visa Application
After you receive your endorsement letter, we are preparing the documents for the visa submission. Upon submission, you will receive a decision from Home Office within 4 weeks.

Get UK Permanent Residency and British Passport
Obtaining UK Permanent Residency in 3 or 5 Years
To get an ILR (indefinite leave to remain) you will have to prove continuous residence in the UK – you must not leave the UK for more than 180 days (6 months) per year.
Applicants are also required to provide evidence that they're still working in the Digital Technology Sector.
If you Apply for Global Talent Visa - you’ll get PR after 3 years.
If you Apply for Global Promise Visa - you’ll get PR after 5 years.
Obtaining British Citizenship in 5 or 6 Years
Apply for UK citizenship one year after obtaining ILR on Innovator Founder visa if all requirements are met. You must be able to prove to the Home Office that you have not been absent from the UK for more than 450 days in the 5-year period prior to submitting your British citizenship application and 90 days in the last year.
If you Apply for Global Talent Visa - you’ll get British Citizenship after 5 years.
If you Apply for Global Promise Visa - you’ll get British Citizenship after 6 years.
