To qualify you must satisfy both business and personal requirements. The business must be new, innovative, viable and scalable. You must also meet standard visa requirements, including English language and personal maintenance rules.

After Endorsement

What we prepare after endorsement

Endorsement is not the same as visa approval. After endorsement, the visa application must be submitted to UKVI within the required timeframe. This is regulated UK immigration work, handled exclusively by Tech Nomads Limited, an IAA-regulated UK immigration firm. Everything before this stage is non-regulated commercial work.

Endorsement letter vs visa approval

The Innovator Founder route has two separate decisions. First, an approved endorsing body assesses your business idea and may issue an endorsement letter. Then, after endorsement, you submit the visa application to UKVI. An endorsement letter is essential — but it is not the same as a visa grant.
