Igor Labutin — AI Researcher & Composer
Igor Labutin is an AI researcher and composer whose work spans NeurIPS publications, speech recognition at Yandex, TTS at Nvidia, and AI R&D leadership at Mayflower.
He has supervised 26 student projects across NLP, CV, and music generation. As a trained composer, he has written a string quartet and multi-genre works, and is now producing AI: Save Our Souls, a musical about AI’s creation and risks.
His focus today is AI safety and alignment, combining science and art to make sense of technology’s future.
